Kevin founded Oyster & Olive as his own independent venture, with the ambition of bringing freshly prepared, personalised dining experiences to people’s homes and special occasions.

After establishing the business, Kevin approached Holiday at Home, developing a working relationship that introduced his cooking to guests staying in luxury holiday accommodation. This became part of the foundation for Oyster & Olive’s growth, alongside recommendations, returning customers and relationships with other accommodation providers and booking platforms.
